My heat pump broke down just as the cold weather hit. Yates was able to provide a SEER16 unit and worked in sub-freezing temperatures to replace my old one. A few days later the snow storm of the decade hit Arkansas with sub-zero temperatures, and the new unit performed perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and the workmanship was top notch. The sheet metal flashing work they did between the unit and the house looks great. And there were no "surprises" on the final cost. I am very pleased with Yates Heating and Air.

The technician called before he arrived, and showed up within 10 minutes. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (bad defrost control board) within about 15 minutes. He was courteous the entire time. Very satisfied with the service I got that day!

Yates is the best! They came to fix my air at midnight on a Saturday night in the middle of the blazing hot summer because I have a family member who cannot tolerate heat. Excellent service! I highly recommend them and will use them again.
